A Story about Alie

My past ...

I was born into a hard working family, my father a baker and my mother running the bakery whilst taking care of my older brother and I.  I can honestly say, those were certainly not happy times, but a very big learning curve and shaping me into who I am today.  My mother barely had time for me and my father abused me both mentally and physically.  There were many times from the age of two, which I remember so clearly, that I had wanted to commit suicide.  During beatings my mind would switch off, blocking me from the pain, unfortunately very visible and real afterwards.  From an early age I found comfort with myself, talking to that little voice inside my head, listening to that voice and understanding more about myself and the Universe.  For me the abuse became a normal day-to-day thing.
 

There is another way ....

I was married at 21 and within 5 years had 3 beautiful healthy daughters, whom I raised completely different from my upbringing and mostly alone as my husband had to travel a lot and we also relocated from country to country for his business.  One day, he came home and within 24 hours was being rushed to hospital.  Three weeks in hospital and after three months later the doctors and specialists came to the conclusion that he had a chronic disease, called Eosinophilic Fasciitis (EF).  He was going to end up in a wheel chair with a life expectancy of 1 to 2 years and there was nothing more they could do.  Then a voice inside my head whispered;

“this is not the end, there is another way.” 

During the 80’s it was very hard to find alternatives, and the doctors still had a lot of power over their patients. 

Fortunately, I found a Reiki master who was able to help my husband.  To this day, my husband is still the very energetic man, walking on both legs and never needed a wheel chair.  The Reiki master saw my capabilities on the spiritual level and started teaching me how to work with my own healing powers and my psychic intuition.  I discovered I was not only clairvoyant, but also clairaudient, clairsentient and claircognizance.  I see, I hear, I feel and I know.  From that day on, I have worked with my gifts, doing many courses to enhance myself and be able to assist people in their journey.

One of our last relocations was to Sydney, Australia.  This time without the kids.  Having more time for me and the hunger to learn more, I decided to enhance my knowledge at  Nature Care College, learning as much as possible and finding proof that there are so many different ways of tackling any illness, ill feeling, emotional troubles, etc, instead of just going to the doctor and take whatever he or she prescribes.  Just like the saying: “Many roads lead to Rome.”

I have breast cancer ...

On 12^th April 1994 I was told I had breast cancer.  That was a huge slap in my face!  I knew I had to focus all my energy on me, so there would not be any time or energy left to focus on my studies.  With pain in my heart I had to stop, it was time that I put myself first.  I had to make my choice in life!  I started a completely new journey, one I had no knowledge about, one I had to learn everything about, one I had to experience fully and make sure I would survive to tell my story to others and help others in their journey.

I CHOOSE LIFE! 

On 12^th December 1994, which was exactly 8 months after my diagnose, I was pronounced cured of breast cancer with both my breasts in tact, no chemicals in my body, no hair loss and feeling healthy, energetic and happy as ever!

My practice ...

In 1995 we were relocated back to the Netherlands, finally living in the same country as our daughters.  We hadn’t lived in the same country since 1987.
Here I set up my own business focussing on helping others, through Consultation, Aromatherapy, Reiki, Spiritual Insights and at a later stage also Cranial Sacral.

It was a very successful business.  During that time I have been blessed with assisting so many people in their own journey both on personal and corporate level, breaking through emotions, showing them they have a choice in life, allowing them to stand in their own power and making their own powerful decisions whether it be in their personal or in their professional life.

Back to Australia ...

However, my heart was craving for Australia and the warmer weather, so my husband and I made a choice to move back to Australia, this time to Brisbane.  We have recently moved to a beautiful house on a hill in the middle of beautiful nature.  We made a great choice in our life. 

A new journey has begun!
